I picked this one up in advance of a holiday trip. In these times I always need some softer music for my companion which rocks only a little. But SPIRAL GURU's cool 70s influenced psychedelic rock even rocks a bit more. Usually this is not my genre, stuf like Spiritual Beggars or the like, but SPIRAL GURU is definitely charming, maybe because of the female vocals. Further the songs are not too psychedelic, they have a solid catchiness. Check "Signs" or "Oracle".

Smooth, creamy tones in the vain of Palm Desert, Mother Mars, or even Parasol Caravan. I’m slowly catching up with their back catalogue. Tight & tidy; these tunes that are perfect for cruising down the Hi-Way or for rockin’ out to. The licks at the end of ‘When Sleep Escapes Me’ are just sublime.
